SPIDERS OF PARADISE at CMAG

Inspired by the mesmerising motion of the Maratus (peacock spider), ten Quantum Leap dancers have collaborated with our Artistic Director Alice Lee Holland to create a vibrant performance in response to Maria Fernanda Cardoso’s exhibition Spiders of Paradise.

Join us in the CMAG Gallery at 2pm, Saturday 20 June to see this unique work come to life among the artworks.

Immediately after the performance, children and young people aged 5–15 years are invited to take part in a 60‑minute creative movement workshop, led by Alice and the dancers in the exhibition space. Participants will explore and create dance movement inspired by the colours, forms and motion of Spiders of Paradise.
