 On Course: new, young, short dance
In 'On Course' surprises abound: 12 new short contemporary dance works created & performed by young dance artists from around Australia.
They are current dance students at Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA), Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and Adelaide Centre for the Arts (AC Arts).
Several are originally from Canberra, and performed with QL2 Centre for Youth Dance’s ‘QuantumLeap’ ensemble before going to uni.
Each piece is less than 10 minutes. And there’s a chance to talk with the artists afterwards in a forum, or in the foyer.
